Managing your email with Rules in Microsoft Outlook

A new Briefing was published in our Support Site today giving an introduction to Using Rules in Microsoft Outlook. Rules allow you to gain a degree of control and automation to help manage your email. Example uses include:
  • Move messages from a specific sender to a specific folder
  • Move messages received on a specific email account to a specific folder
  • Delete messages from a specific sender or with specific words in the subject
